The Tabletop Moviemaking kit is an excellent introduction to the process of using a video camera to tell a story. The kit was designed to include everything you need to make your first Tabletop movie. You supply the camera and computer and we give you everything else. A detailed listing of all the contents can be found below.

Guidebook – The guidebook contains 185 pages spread across five chapters with an appendix that contains 10 illustrated Aesop’s Fables. The chapters cover the writing process, art lessons, building characters and sets, movie making tips and tutorials for editing digital video. The guidebook is integrated with the DVD to support key concepts with video demonstrations.

DVD – The kit comes with two DVDs. The Instructional DVD contains nearly two hours of content that is designed to guide the viewer though all the major steps of the Tabletop Moviemaking process. Each chapter on the DVD mirrors the guidebook for a very strong integration of print and multimedia sources. The Data DVD contains all the video files used in the video editing tutorials on the DVD and in the Guidebook. |

The Kit – Sturdy double walled box opens into a reinforced stage. |

Backgrounds – 20 page full color booklet with a mixture of interior and exterior settings. |

Characters – All Tabletop characters are scaled to fit inside the booklet of backgrounds. They come with a front and a back in both color and black and white. Each character has 12 different facial expressions. |

2 Writing Journals – The Author’s Kickflip is the perfect size for every step of the writing process. The Author’s Zen a pocket sized writing journal to capture ideas on the go. |

Stands – There are 5 character stands and 3 swivel stands. |
